Asia Base A/S is a China-based European consulting firm specialising in legal analysis, feasibility studies, contracts & registrations, enterprise establishment, and mergers and acquisitions. Since its establishment in 1994, Asia Base has played a major role in the establishment or aquistion of more than 100 companies for clients from Europe, North America and the Middle East, in a variety of industries.
Larive - Asia Base is a partnership between Asia Base Research A/S and Larive International B.V., a consultancy based in the Netherlands. Since 2002 this unique partnership has enabled Larive to integrate the products and services offered by Asia Base A/S and Asia Base Research A/S into its own strategic consulting services, thus expanding Larive's focus on developing markets to include China. In this partnership, Larive also manages certain administrative and marketing activities for Asia Base in the Netherlands.
DI Asia Base A/S is a partnership with the Confederation of Danish Industries offering the "Own Man In China" (OMIC) concept. The OMIC concept is a startup facility and management package targeting companies that are in the process of entering the Chinese market or establishing a first presence in China.
